Shipping and delivery of products

6.3 In case of delays, notification will be given via email;

6.5 The Customer must ensure presence at the time of delivery or collect the shipment within the expected times;
6.6 For deliveries outside the national territory, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the Customer;
6.7 Any damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately to the courier;
6.8 Complaints about products received must be communicated within 8 days of delivery.
